She is the author of Kommunicera inkluderande (Liber, 2024), a widely used guide to creating respectful, equality-driven communication in workplaces, media, and public life.
She holds a Master of Science in Communication, Organizational Psychology, and Information Systems, bringing a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work.
In 2021, she became a certified Norm Engineer through AddGender – a specialist in inclusive and equality-focused change processes – and in 2023, she completed a certified training program in publishing and book production at JW Förlag.
Helene works at the intersection of creativity and strategy, helping organizations and individuals tell their stories with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
